Dear FlashBacks,

Please stop happening when I’m trying to sleep, or enjoy other peoples company… Please… I am more than well aware of things that don’t exist anymore, so if you would so kindly, stop it. You’re not making any of this whole thing going on right now any easier. Also the lack of sleep isnt helping. Or rather you’re not helping my sleep situations. So please, just start going easy on me until I get a small amount of my shit together.
